INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR INFLATABLES

1. Daily Inspection of inflatable
1) Check to see if blower(s) is attached properly and securely to inflatable device.
2) Make sure all deflation zippers are closed and secured.
3) Check blower electric attachment to be sure it has been properly plugged in to receptacle.
4) Make sure blower system has no obstruction restricting intake on sides of blower.
5) Check inflation of unit to be sure it is properly inflated to correct firmness.
6) Make adjustments to slide and climb covers if necessary to proper secure position.
7) Make sure all tether points are attached properly.
8) Check netted areas and sun covers to be sure they are in place and in good condition.
9) Crawl through (if possible) inflatable and examine all visible seams for stretching or wear. If problems with any seams contact manufacture to advise.2. Step by Step Procedure to Play Infaltables: Infaltable Bouncer & Infaltable Slide
Step 1: Enter unit through netted opening. Children with poor balance should enter on hands and knees
Step 2: Once inside, start jumping around on the mattress. Be sure to leave room for others.
Step 3: Climb up the hill to the slide, using the safety handles!
Step 4: With arms crossed, slide down the hill feet first.
Step 5: Exit the unit with the help of the operator.3. Install and Setup of Inflatables
1) Survey the site you plan to install upon
2) Lay out ground tarp (not provided) in the area you have chosen for installation.
3) Remove unit from storage bag.
4) Position on a level ground area.
5) Install ground stakes around perimeter
6) Loosely tie tethers to ground stakes.
7) Connect blower to tube, making sure Velcro strap is firmly secure.
8) Close zipper flaps on rear of unit to make sure it is closed and secure.
9) Connect blower to its own power source.
10) Blower systems require a 20 amp service each.
11) Turn blower on and guide the unit until inflated.
12) Secure all tethers after the unit is fully inflated.
13) Do a safety check of blowers, slide & climb covers.
14) Do not operate in winds over 20mph.
4. Warnings
1) Avoid contact with others: passengers must be instructed to use or ride unit individually. Do not allow double-riding.
2) Do not hit your head: do not dive or enter unit head first.
3) Keep landing areas clear: operators should not allow participants to land on one another.
4) Instruct safety: instruct riders to follow the safety rules located on entrance side of unit, no flipping or jumping.
5) Watch out for high temps: do not operate when temperatures exceed 90-degrees. Watch for early signs of heat exhaustion and for dehydration.5. Maintenance
1) For best slide maintenance results, apply turtle wax 2001 vinyl protector.
Apply spray to slide areas only to keep them slippery (new inflatables will need additional coverage). All unites should be maintained every hour to keep the surface slippery.
Warnings: Do not apply spray finish to any climbing, landing or positioning surfaces as accidents may occur.
2) Patches and tears in sliding surface could cause injuries, the removable sliding cover is provided.
3) A repair kit has been provided for small repairs. This repair kit comes with the glue and repair material. Make a lap of dia. 12cm to stick to each leak as below instruction
Make?the laps of dia. 12cm, and wipe?up the lap and coat the glue;
Wipe up the leak on inflatables unit, coat the glue;
Stick the lap to leak, and using hair drier to seal the laps to leaks.
4) Keep your inflatables looking like new with frequent spotting of soiled areas using a mild cleaner. Never soak the inflatables, mildew may form that will void the warranty!
5) Do not pack-up your inflatable when wet! Moisture can cause mildew which will void your warranty and cause a break down in the performance of the vinyl fabric.6. Safety Precautions
1) Make sure that all footwear and jewelry are removed before climbing upon the inflatable unit. Rings can cut your inflatables, watches can get broken or scrape the vinyl inflatables.
2) Be especially careful to instruct all participants to follow all safety rules posted on the inflatables.
3) Do not setup or operate inflatable if winds are 20 mph or higher. Accidents will occur!
4) Make sure that the participants know that there is no flipping or jumping while on the inflatables.
5) Do not operate inflatable in temperatures that may result in minor burns from hot sliding or climbing surfaces.
6) Elbows, knees and backs of legs can become burned if the unit is too hot due to extreme summer temperatures. To avoid friction burn, instruct riders of slides to cross arms over their chest to avoid elbow and arm contact. Face the inflatable away from the direct sun.
